Production feedback

Help improve JobFrame in real service workflows

Build 7 is now the Google Play production release. This page remains available for reporting issues, checking real workflows, and helping validate future updates.

1

Start with fictional data

Use generated sample customers and jobs before entering real business or customer information.

2

Follow complete workflows

Create customers, jobs, and appointments; use Voice Assistant and Audio Notes; issue estimates; generate reports and receipts; and test backup, restore, and Pro access behavior.

3

Report exact results

Send the screen, steps, expected result, actual result, Android version, device model, and screenshots when useful.

Useful Build 7 testing areas

  • Appointment reminders, Today’s Appointments, status changes, after-appointment follow-up, and conflict rules
  • Day, Week, and Month appointment schedule PDFs plus CSV export
  • Natural-language Voice Assistant search, spoken replies, guided customer/job/appointment creation, and voice-started Audio Note recording
  • English, Spanish, French, Hindi, Urdu, Persian, and Pashto language switching and persistence
  • Hindi UI and Voice behavior, Devanagari text rendering, and Hindi PDF output
  • Urdu, Persian, and Pashto RTL navigation plus mixed-direction dates, times, phone numbers, email addresses, and names
  • Audio Note recording, playback, customer/job/appointment linking, cleanup, backup, and restore
  • JobFrame Pro plan display, trial/subscription entitlement, read-only inactive behavior, upgrade controls, and account management
  • Customer merge, guarded deletion, job reassignment, and appointment customer/job correction
  • Estimate revisions, photos, optional completion signatures, receipts, outreach drafts, and payment records
  • External backup save, validation, restore, Automatic Recovery Backup, and restart persistence
  • Small and large screens, increased Android text size, light/dark mode, denied permissions, and device-specific behavior

Native-language feedback matters

Native speakers are especially useful for translation naturalness, speech recognition, TTS pronunciation or availability, dialect choices, and wording that is technically correct but unnatural in real work.

Interested in testing future updates?

Build 7 is live in production. Feedback from real use helps shape future releases. If you want to help test upcoming updates, email the Android device you can test on and the service-business workflows or languages you know.
